The barista gave me attitude because i wanted to reload my card. She told me i should have told her at beginning of order, not in the middle, which is ridiculous since i work at a starbucks and you can reliad at any time. I told her it was fine and just to reload the difference after she finished the order. She said ok, then handed me my change and walked away instead of reloading the card. Obviously, she wasn't paying attention
Barista with blue hair was really rude. She was not helpful nor did she listen to my request. I work in food service and I don't typically complain. I came in around 4:30 and I still can not stop thinking about my interaction with her. Her attitude was unbelievably! I would want to know if one of my employees treated a guest this way. Also, after our interaction she preceded to talk about me over her headset. Then she walked in back; had the barista in back of house come up and look at me then he turned around and walked back. They are so disrespectful! Your a newer location; I expected better. I am there every morning and the morning staff is wonderful! They are so sweet! The store manager needs to get a better night staff.
Drive thro is faster and less traffic. love it
Well they don't care if they mess up your order. Ordered a new maple latte yesterday morning. Got to work to realize it was a SF vanilla latte. Took it back the next morning. Barely got a "sorry about that" and was charged full price again for a new maple latte. Verdict on the maple pecan latte that I have now paid double for....not that great either! Never going back. I will stick to my smoothie king, their customer service is waaaaay better.
