I am from a town 45 minutes away and my car died in Granger. When I called Legacy Tire and Auto Service, they came and towed my car back to their facility. They were very helpful that night and one even waited with me until I could get a ride back home. I had nothing but nice things to say about them until I went to pick my car up. The owner was extremely rude to me and refused to tell me anything about my car. As I am driving my car home, I notice that it still isn't running correctly. I took my car into a local dealership who found that Legacy Tire and Auto Service "rigged" my wires in my car to make it work, but did not fix the problem. I spent over 300 dollars for them to fix the problem and now I have to spend another 300 dollars to fix the same problem that Legacy should have done. I am very displeased with this company and will not be going back. What really infuriates me, is they knew I would be driving 45 minutes back home with a car that could have died any minute. I will not have a car for a week while it is being fixed because the other company told me it is unsafe to drive and it will take 4-5 days for the part to come in. I would NOT recommend this company. I was not only lied to, but treated very poorly.
