I drive almost 45 minutes to see Dr. Kwon because of his care and excellence. Yesterday I had a large filling it and was fixed pain-free. Excellent care and highly recommend.
Dr. Kwon and his associates very carefully provided me with multiple fillings and hygiene checkup in a timely, but safe and professional manner. They didn't miss any steps, tailored to my concerns (by smoothing out a surface I could feel, but wasn't easily visible), and did everything they could to create a calm, and pleasant atmosphere. Dr. Kwon and Associates is my choice dental provider.

This office does not understand the concept of insurance or billing. I have received nothing but unitemized bills that say I owe much more than my insurance explanation of benefits says. They have tried to charge me over $1000 more than my insurance allows due to “billing errors”. This has gone on for over a year. If you use this dentist, make sure you check your claims, otherwise you might be paying way too much.
Dr. Kwon and his team are always very efficient and thorough with their work and thoughtful to patient concerns, and there's consistently a calm, professional, and welcoming atmosphere here.
