I placed a order for Valentines day . I placed the order 5 days before vday. My girlfriend gets off work at 5 pm and its 3:30 and she still has not received it so i call the store, after being on hold for 10 minutes I WAS HUNG UP ON. I then call back and am told because I did not put a time for it to be delivered I was gong to have to give a different address it couldnt be delivered their! First of all I did not see a place to put the time i even had my mom look it over too because i thought it was weird neither one of us saw a place designated to put a time to deliver! So because I didnt put a time to deliver they just decided NOT TO DELIVER IT AT ALL? Most working people are off at 5pm so why would they not have it done beofore then? I then asked to speak to a manager and her responce was ''I HOPE IT GETS THERE ON TIME' did not offer to make sure it did, did not offer to call a driver and make sure it gets there she DID NOTHING. I was planning to purpose to my girlfriend of 4 years tonight and this just ruined it its telling me its not supposed to happen today, THANK YOU EDIBLE ARRAIGNMENTS FOR RUINING MY DAY I WAS GOING TO ASK MY GIRLFRIEND TO MARRY ME.
I love this store with everything that it makes and everyone that works in it. My constant go to for a healthy treat
