After weeks of painting, remodeling etc, on a current job, I flew into attend the seminar but stopped into Luxury nails first!

Service is great. They are fast without compromising their work. Staff is polite. Easy to get in without an appointment. They are a little more expensive than my pervious nail salon but worth it due to its location convenience.
The girl who work on me had your children with her and one child was screaming and crying so she had to go and take care of him. When I came in I like to be taken care of not to be in a day care.
Tom waa very nice and knew exactly how I wanted my nails done. The whole place looks beautiful and the reasonable price is definitely worth the quality work! Definitely my new place!
I very rarely write reviews, in fact this may be my first, but this deserved a share. Today I get married. My friends heard wonderful things about this salon, and as all of us are from out of town, recommendations are all we could go off of. This was the absolute worst manicure of my life. I get my nails done every other week, so I know what a good manicure is. The woman knew his was for my wedding, and could not care at all about the look and quality of the job she did. She rushed through the manicure and it visibly showed. I found myself constantly guiding her as she did two coats on one hand and one on the other. She forgot to file certain nails as she constantly got distracted. The color was streaky which she saw, but I had to be the one to ask for another coat as my hands will be photographed a lot. There was gel nail polish ALL over my skin. It was horrible! I was so disappointed and sad, but none of my friends would allow this to be acceptable. Here is where it gets even worse. They put the blame on us. "Oh you picked a bad color". I reminded them it was a horrible job with color all over my skin. So I had to wait for the color to soak off and be repainted. Of course she rushed through that, never letting the UV light timer run out, so now I have tacky nails for my wedding. The snarky comments didn't end with people constantly asking "so do you like this color better?!"... Again I reminded that it was a horrible manicure to start, not just the color, but it was clear they were never going to own their mistake and bad quality. No discount was given or anything, and while my bridal party went to make our wedding brunch lunch, I missed it as I was stuck there with them fixing their mistake. Very sad and disappointing way to start off our wedding weekend.
I am very happy to have Luxury nails suggested to me. I am in Granger frequently and this time was there for a ASID (Interior Designers) seminar at IUSB. A professor at IVY Tech suggested Luxury nails to me as he loves it too!
