they strive to be 100% helpful. they are able to get you what you want, so that you shopping experience is made easy. easy as 1, 2, 3; walk in and helped to find you things right away, 2 walked directly to check out, and 3 promptly checked out and helped with items loaded into your car. if I could give 100 * i would for 100% satisfaction.

I had a mishap with a paint can lid and the company really stepped up to help me out. This is a family organization who cares about customer service and the community. I will be a loyal customer for as long as I live in the area. Kudos to a great organization who understands how to build great customer loyalty and cares about it's people.
This place is amazing. Kyle Joy is one of the best employees I have ever worked with. He is not only knowledgeable but also genuine. Sure the prices are a little high, but the service is 10x better than that of a big box store.
