The bed was new and the AC/heater was clean. The bathtub/shower was clean as well as the sink. Other than that, pretty basic room. Didn't look like they'd washed the bedding. And there was dust on the bathroom floor. Also I didn't like that they ask for tips.
Very standard/basic. Room was super cold when we got there and all wood floors made it much colder, but it was awesome that they allowed our dog.
Our Jacuzzi room had hair all in the tub, toilet, shower. To make things worse our bed was filled with little black hairs. Even our neighbor said their sheets were not changed :( and bugs were an issue. Not sure what kind but after 2 hours we left because of how gross it was. The lady at the front desk was super nice and understanding. That was about the only nice thing there.
The room reeked of smoke, there were ashes in the bath tub along with someone else's hair and soap scum on the ledges... I gave it 2 stars only because the front desk was very welcoming and efficient and the price was right.
The staff was super friendly, and helpful when we needed directions. We were in town for the Notre Dame game (we won btw!) and had to book last minute. Some of the other guests were loud and rude however, the staff was superb and the room was excellent. We rested quite peacefully through the night, and enjoyed our stay quite thoroughly. When we come back to town we will probably be staying here again.
