Petco is much better than petsmart. I actually get a coupon for a free bag of food from petsmart no strings attached. I went in and looked at every bag of food and there was nothing I even wanted for free. Petco carries my brand of food and at a reasonable price and along with the rewards it’s great. The people there actually remember my dog when I bring him in and it just feels like a really friendly place to shop. When my boy was a puppy I would bring him in just to play with other dogs, I ended up sitting on the floor with another lady one day who also brought her puppy in to play and an associate gave both the dogs bandanas to wear.
3. Cute, cute, cute seasonal items that coordinate. I love going to see what's new in their collections.
1. The bulk dog treats are adorable and my dog loves them. The price is really good and since they're cute and affordable buying them makes ME happy and I keep on being happy every time I bribe my dog to be good with an adorable sandwich cookie or a treat shaped like a pair of flip flops.
4. Cuter than usual dogwear. Yeah, I dress up my dog. And when I do, I want the cutest unnecessary clothing I can find. It's here.

Repeat Delivery is wonderful. The prices are good, and I like the simplicity of not having to remember to restock supplies. Customer Service is also fabulous. There was a shipping issue recently on my repeat delivery because I moved, and they took care of it for me with almost no hassle.
2. AAAAAALL the Star Wars toys and dog accessories. All of them.
They had everything I needed. And the gal that helped me went above and beyond. I have since been back and am always welcomed with excellent customer service! I drive all the way across town to go this this specific pet store.
I can't possibly say enough nice things about the people who work here. Every single one is super nice and helpful.
