Vet Dr. Tracy is caring and compassionate. She made a difficult time less heartbreaking. Have been coming here 25+ years and highly recommend it.
Our dog developed an abscess while on vacation and we needed to get her into a vet before we left the next day. The folks with Kryder Veterinary Clinic set up an appointment for us and spent a good amount of time examining her and explaining options for treating her for the journey home. With their care and medicine she made the ride home and healed nicely.
The facility is clean. Friendly staff and excellent veterinarians. They have a vet that specializes in dogs with anxiety issues or aggressive tendencies. Our German Shepherd did not like our old vet. He was very anxious and growled at the vet. The vet did not like our dog either so we switched. He is calm now and pleasant while the vet checks him. I highly recommend these Veterinarians.
I took my cat to get checked out about a week ago, the doctor ended up giving him a lycine injection for his upper respiratory infection. It’s been a few days since and he was acting fine until very recently. Yesterday he refused to move, wouldn’t eat, and could move faintly. This morning I ended up taking him to the vet on Lincolnway in Mishawaka. He had to be placed on oxygen since his breathing situation had only worsened. Very upset with what happened to my poor baby kitty. I will NEVER return! The staff at the counter was also incredibly cold and distant, I felt like my cat didn’t even matter to them. At least the staff at the Lincolnway vet were compassionate and seemed to actually care.
Compassionate, very good vet care for pets. Efficient, and staff extremely helpful.
