We had visited several other jewelry stores before going to Impress and my fiancé was left disappointed by the lack of variety. We found Impress after researching unique ring options and travelled from Chicago to visit this shop. We're so glad we made the trip! Bill and Kelley showed us lots of options and explained the different metal features. Their knowledge was outstanding and there were so many choices that we had never seen at any other shop.
Bill did an amazing job creating a custom piece for my 10 year wedding anniversary. I had a vision and he turned it into something spectacular! Bill took his time listening to me and including me in the process, he made tweaks and changes as we went to create my perfect piece. I never felt rushed or pressured during this process. While working with Bill on this project I had the chance to get to know his staff, they are all outstanding. I would highly recommend using Impress for a custom piece or any jewelry purchase. They go above and beyond to serve their client needs.
Fantastic team and experience all around. They helped me create a one of a kind engagement ring using a family stone and then came through on a tight deadline so the engagement could happen on a trip. I was an out of town customer and their communication via calls, emails, and even texts updating me on the status of the ring were awesome. I highly recommend Impress and we will be back soon to purchase wedding bands.
